The UK studio creative lead Fasahat "Fas" Salim is the person responsible for "making sure those levels are as enjoyable and interesting as can be for the audience."
In spite of allegations that the scale of the title had challenged the multiple teams working together internationally to build the game, Fas is upbeat about the work.
"Working with different perspectives, distinct backgrounds, it's a truly engaging environment to be part of daily," he explains.
"The complete method has been a fresh take but also really exciting because we are partnering with people from around the globe."
Concerning the anticipation on the developers, the director says: "We feel demand but also it's motivating.
"It's a major project. It's arguably the largest that most of us have before worked on."
New Developer Contributes Innovative View

This young professional makes the lighting elements that shape the tone, style, and narrative of the solo experience.
The artist undertook an internship at Criterion prior to obtaining a job there, and now is employed part-time while completing his digital arts degree at his school.

"Realizing that I have added my individual work into the project is really unbelievable."
